Awakening Maitri: An Introduction to the Power of Self-Compassion

Maitri is befriending the self and living life from heartfelt self-compassion. Many Westerners are consumed with self-criticism and self-hatred. Often unaware of the destructive impacts to our well-being, this mindset also poisons our relationships and, potentially, every part of our life. This workshop introduces practices that help open our hearts to self-love, transforming us from the inside out.
