A workshop for the 41st gathering of National Association of Black and White Men Together
This session provides an introduction to natural ways of restoring resilience skills we all need to thrive and live joyful lives, including managing energy, calming the mind, and enhancing connections. Includes didactic information, large and small group discussions, mindful movement instruction, and a brief guided meditation.
Attendees will experience a resilience model that emphasizes:
